As a Bookkeeper at NLA, you are responsible for entering all accounts payable invoices for multiple clients across the United States. You will work closely with the senior accountant, staff accountant, and CFO on the engagement to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients. That may include Vendor invoices, subcontract invoices, ACH payments, verifying statements match records, and more.

This is a remote role, so you will have a high level of autonomy to crush your goals. We have very clear expectations, so you will know where you stand at all times.

How You'll Contribute
- Enter Bank Transactions
- Enter CC Transactions (Expense Management)
- Reconcile Bank and CC Accounts
- AP Purchase Order and Vendor Invoice Entry
- AR Management (Enter Customer Billings and Payments Received)
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferred
- Construction accounting experience a plus
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel/GSuite
- Ability to interact with clients
- Accounting Degree or working towards an accounting degree
