Duties
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies including social media management, cold calling, and leveraging to identify high-potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, employing effective interviewing techniques to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on employment law compliance and contracts.
- Oversee talent management initiatives such as succession planning, employee orientation, and training & development programs to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
- Negotiate employment offers confidently while maintaining positive candidate relations throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee evaluations, and HR sourcing data; utilize tools like Salesforce and ADP for efficient data management.
Experience
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or sales roles within a human resources or talent acquisition environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels and influence hiring decisions effectively.
- Ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition opportunities through cold calling and relationship management strategies.
- A proactive mindset with experience in training & development initiatives, employee relations, and internal recruiting processes.
