Real Estate ISA / Appointment Setter (Warm Inbound Leads + Live Transfers)
We are looking for a strong Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to handle warm inbound leads, live transfers, and appointment setting for a fast-growing real estate business focused on new construction opportunities. We currently generate around 600- 1200 leads per month depending on ad platform, and have a database of about 3500 over the past 120 days, and sure there are some good ones in there.
These are warm leads (not fully qualified, maybe somewhat through Ai) --- your job is to engage, qualify, and convert them into appointments or live transfers.
This is NOT a passive role. You must be fast, sharp on the phone, and able to think on your feet. This is a 1099 position and although not set hours you are expected to be available M-F for live transfer calls and appt setting as well as target daily calls and working our data base.
Compensation:
- Base: $2,000/month
- $15 per qualified appointment set
- $20 per qualified live transfer
Expected earnings: $3,000 -- $5,800/month Top performers can exceed this based on performance

- Transfers: 40
- Shows: 30--35
Target
- Transfers: 45--60
- Shows: 35--45
Exceeds
- Transfers: 60--75
- Shows: 45--55
Elite
- Transfers: 75+

How Our System Works (AI-Assisted)
We use AI to engage new leads instantly via text and follow-up, ensuring fast response times and consistent communication.
Your role is to:
- Call warm leads that have already been engaged
- Respond to new inbound leads in real time during your shift
- Convert conversations into appointments and live transfers
- Work through 10 day list and other lists to generate interested and qualifed appts
This allows you to focus on real conversations and high-intent opportunities, not chasing cold leads.
What You'll Do:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Qualify buyers (timeline, budget, financing)
- Set appointments and ensure they show
- Live transfer high-intent leads directly to agents
- Route non-ready leads to credit repair when appropriate
What We're Looking For:
- Real estate ISA or appointment setting experience preferred
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to properly qualify (not just book calls)
- Fast response time and ability to work leads in real-time
- Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
