Legal Sales Closer (Estate Planning & Elder Law)

Location: Fully Remote (Mexico) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Eastern Time Business Hours Compensation: $9 - $10 hourly + Performance Bonuses

We are seeking a skilled Legal Sales Closer to conduct consultations, build trust, explain legal solutions, and convert qualified leads into retained clients.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will meet with individuals and families who are actively seeking legal guidance regarding wills, trusts, probate, guardianships, elder law, Medicaid planning, and asset protection.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom consultations with prospective clients.
  • Build trust with individuals and families facing important legal and financial decisions.
  • Explain estate planning, probate, elder law, guardianship, and related legal services.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate legal solutions.
  • Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process.
  • Confidently close legal retainers and engagement agreements.
  • Handle objections regarding cost, timing, urgency, and family concerns.
  • Follow up consistently with qualified leads to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and intake staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Consistently achieve sales, conversion, and retention goals.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of proven B2C sales closing experience.
  • Experience conducting consultations via Zoom or video conference.
  • Strong consultative sales and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and guide emotionally driven conversations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales pipelines.

Preferred

  • Legal sales experience.
  • Estate planning, probate, elder law, family law, or personal injury experience.
  • High-ticket sales experience.
  • Financial services, insurance, wealth management, or retirement planning sales experience.
  • Healthcare or medical consultation sales experience.
  • Russian language proficiency (highly preferred but not required).
