Calling Center Interviewer (Fully Remote)

Job Summary

Interviewers will contact residents of Hawaii to conduct scripted telephone interviews and gather critical data supporting public health initiatives in these communities. Calls are made on behalf of the Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH).

NO SALES, TELEMARKETING OR PRODUCT PROMOTION

Responsibilities

• Conduct scripted telephone interviews to gather valuable data from respondents.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to maintain a positive rapport with respondent.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure market research decorum.

Skills

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to relay information clearly.
• Proficient typing skills for effective data entry.
• Able to read from a preset script with ease.
• Able to work independently and stay on task

Regular Shifts (Hawaii Standard Time)

• Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm & 5pm-9pm
• Saturday: 9am-5pm

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
