Are you a performance-driven marketer with strong expertise in paid advertising? Have you successfully managed and scaled campaigns on Google, Facebook, or TikTok Ads? Do you want to work in a professional international environment where your performance and skills are truly recognized?

We are looking for experienced and motivated Paid Media Specialists to join our growing team and help drive high-performing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:

  • Google Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • TikTok Ads

Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs. Analyze advertising data and improve conversion performance. Develop scaling strategies and growth-focused campaign structures. Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams. Stay updated with advertising trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media and are highly experienced with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.

You should also:

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand campaign scaling, ROAS optimization, CPA, CPL, and conversion strategies.
  • Be responsible, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Can work independently in a remote environment.
  • Have a growth mindset and long-term career goals.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must Hold At Least One Professional Certification: Google Certifications, Meta/Facebook Certifications.
  • Must Possess a Valid International English Certificate: IELTS, TOEIC, TOEFL, or equivalent.
  • Candidates Must Be Able To Demonstrate Their Capabilities Through: Portfolio, Case studies, Real campaign results.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Income: $2,000 -- $3,000/month (Based on experience and proven performance).
