The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, personable B2B Inside Sales Associate to be the first voice of Paradigm for prospective clients. In this role, you'll connect with business owners and decision-makers, introduce them to what a real technology partnership looks like, and set the stage for relationships that last. You'll work closely with our team to understand client needs and bring the right conversations to the table.
You don't need an IT background --- you need great communication skills, a competitive drive, and the ability to connect with people authentically. We'll give you the training and tools to speak confidently about what we do.
This is a fully remote position. We welcome applicants based in Puerto Rico and are open to candidates across other US time-zone-aligned locations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to identify and engage potential clients
- Set qualified introduction appointments with business decision-makers for our sales team
- Research target markets and identify new business opportunities
- Track all activity, leads, and pipeline in our CRM system with consistency and accuracy
- Build rapport with prospects through thoughtful follow-up and relationship development
- Stay current on IT industry trends and our evolving service offerings
- Collaborate with the team to ensure prospects are matched with the right solutions
Compensation
We believe in rewarding performance at every stage of the pipeline --- not just at the close. Here's how you'll earn:
- Base pay: $16-18/hr
- $25 per qualified introduction appointment set and held
- An additional $25 when that introduction appointment leads to a live discovery meeting --- so $50 total on a fully converted appointment
- $250 bonus for any prospect that becomes a new Paradigm client
The more pipeline you build, the more you earn --- simple as that.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills --- bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with outbound/cold calling exposure preferred --- equivalent experience and a strong track record will absolutely be considered
- Comfortable working in a CRM environment; experience with HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar platforms preferred
- A natural communicator who can engage confidently with executives and business owners
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented --- you hold yourself accountable without needing someone looking over your shoulder
- Organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
- Coachable and curious --- willing to learn the basics of IT services and grow with the role
- Resilient and positive --- you understand that sales is a process and you stay focused on the long game
- IT industry experience is a plus, but not required --- we'll train the right person

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
