Peak Flow Academy is a high-ticket coaching company in the e-commerce space. Our flagship program, the High Ticket Ecom Launchpad, helps entrepreneurs build profitable dropshipping and DTC brands using a virtual-showroom and Google-intent-search model. We sell a $5,800 mentorship backed by a $10K/month profit guarantee in 6 months—or money back. We're scaling toward $250K/mo cash collected, and we need disciplined setters to keep the pipeline full.
We're hiring SDRs / Appointment Setters to own the 3–10pm EST evening window. This is a 1099 contractor role. Open globally—fluent English and the EST window are non-negotiable.
The Role
You're the first voice prospects hear. Your job: speed-to-lead on Skool leads under 5 minutes, dial through TypeForm/YT-organic and credit-score lists at steady volume, qualify against our scorecard, and book qualified calls for our closers. Every contact gets disposed in Close CRM. Every shift ends with metrics posted in #daily-setter-metrics. No exceptions.
Coverage You'd Own
- Shift: 3–10pm EST, 5 days/week
- Lead sources (priority order): Skool leads (under 5-min speed-to-lead) → TypeForm / YT-organic → credit-score data
- Tools: Close CRM + Close native dialer, Slack, Calendly
Compensation (1099 Contractor)
- Base: $1,500/month (covers dials + speed-to-lead responsibilities)
- $25 per qualified call (every show counts as qualified—100% qualification rate)
- $150 per closed deal on calls you booked (60-day attribution window)
- Total per close: $175 to you (qualified call pay + close bonus)
- Qualified-call pay: weekly. Close bonus: after refund window + processor hold clears.
- Stretch bonus: sustain 300–400 dials/day for 14 consecutive days (Sales Manager discretion)
Realistic Earnings (from our official KPI table)
- Floor: 50 booked / 8 closes: ~$3,650/month
- Target: 100 booked / 15 closes: ~$5,625/month
- Stretch: 150 booked / 23 closes: ~$7,775/month
Daily Standards
- 200 dials/day baseline (after Week 4 ramp); 300–400/day = stretch bonus eligible
- Speed-to-lead under 5 minutes on 90%+ of Skool leads
- Maintain a 75%+ show rate
- Every contact logged in Close with disposition (DQ / Qualified Nurture / Qualified Booked) + next task
- EOD metrics posted in #daily-setter-metrics every shift
- Attend the 11AM EST daily team huddle for call reviews
Ramp — Your First 30 Days
- Week 1: Onboarding. A few calls, focus on form not output. Product + sales + CRM training. Read the Setter Sales Hub V2 playbook end-to-end.
- Week 2: 50 dials/day. First live qualified calls. Written feedback from Sales Manager.
- Week 3: 120 dials/day. Self-managed pipeline. First consistent booked calls.
- Week 4: 200 dials/day. Full speed-to-lead participation. Peak Flow level.
- Beyond 30 days: build toward 300–400/day stretch target.
Who We're Looking For
- Hungry, coachable, resilient, and phone-confident.
- Entry-level OK if you have hustle—we will train the right person.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with a clear neutral phone presence.
- Available 3–10pm EST, 5 days/week, no exceptions.
- Reliable internet, headset, and a quiet workspace.
- Self-managed—you can hit 200 dials without being micromanaged.
- Comfortable with CRM workflow (Close CRM experience is a plus, not required).
