Role Description

The Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with day-to-day social media operations alongside our Account team for a variety of clients. This includes social media content scheduling, community management, and asset organization. If you're a communicative, detail-oriented person with a passion for social media and luxury hospitality, we want to hear from you! This role directly reports to our Account Manager and Account Director and is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to gain experience in the social media space. This role requires a basic understanding of social media, an understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape, the ability to speak and write professionally, and the warmth and professionalism needed to deliver a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Coordination:

  • Upload social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, etc.) to our CMS system.
  • Create UTM links for content and ensure all content has appropriate trackability.
  • Keep your eye on the pulse of the social media landscape. What is exciting right now? We want you to share what you are seeing!

Community Management:

  • Actively monitor client social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Engage with followers in a timely and authentic manner, fostering positive relationships with the community.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate any issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
  • Develop strategies to increase community engagement, foster loyalty, and drive brand advocacy.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Assisting the Account team with reporting and analyzing data.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or community management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Sprinklr etc.).
  • A passion for building and nurturing online communities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in the luxury or hospitality industries.
  • Copywriting ability with a strong understanding of grammar and tone of voice.

Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year DOE
