About Porte Hall

Porte Hall, launched in 2019, is an e-commerce brand re-inventing the hardest working areas of your home. We believe that something as simple as a doormat can change the way we welcome people into our lives. Our mission is to create premium and innovative products that make your home's first impression both beautiful and practical.

About the Role

Porte Hall has reached the inflection point where social presence and creator-driven content are no longer "nice to have" --- they're a primary growth lever for the next chapter. This role is how we get there.

As Manager of Influencer, UGC & Social Media, you will own three connected disciplines end-to-end: building our influencer program, running an always-on UGC pipeline that feeds paid acquisition, and serving as the brand's voice across social platforms. You will be the day-to-day driver of how Porte Hall shows up in culture and how creators bring our products into real homes.

You will partner directly with the Director of Brand & Content to shape program priorities and budget, and collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing (to keep the paid creative pipeline stocked) and the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing (to repurpose creator content across email, SMS, and PDP). You'll have best-in-class creator-platform tooling, including Aspire and ShopMy, to fuel your creative output.

This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, creator economics, and performance creative, and is responsible for building a creator-led marketing motion that compounds over time.

We're looking for a hands-on, taste-driven operator with strong instincts for short-form video, real fluency across creator platforms, and the discipline to measure what's actually working --- someone who can ship daily, scale a creator program from real foundations, and thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment.

What You'll Own

Influencer Marketing

  • Build and operate Porte Hall's influencer program: gifting, paid partnerships, long-term ambassadors, and trade-aligned designer creators.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard 50 creators per quarter aligned to brand fit, audience quality, and content style.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts; manage usage rights, exclusivity, and whitelisting / Partnership Ads in coordination with the Performance Marketing team.
  • Brief creators on product, narrative, and deliverables; review and approve content before it goes live.
  • Build a designer-creator track that connects to our Trade program and informs prospect targeting.
  • Operate as the in-house power user of Aspire, ShopMy, and adjacent creator tooling --- owning configuration, workflows, and reporting.

UGC & Paid Creative Pipeline

  • Stand up an always-on UGC creator pipeline that delivers 25 new short-form video assets per month for paid social testing.
  • Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs grounded in performance data from Meta and TikTok.
  • Manage the ongoing roster of UGC creators: negotiate per-asset rates and turnaround SLAs.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing on creative testing roadmap --- what hooks, formats, and angles to test next.
  • Maintain an organized asset library tagged with performance data so winning products get scaled.

Organic Social Media

  • Own the brand's organic presence on Instagram/Facebook, Pinterest (etc.) end-to-end: strategy, calendar, posting, and community management.
  • Plan and ship content that builds brand love, not just clicks: storytelling, behind-the-scenes, design POV, and product context in real homes.
  • Capture and edit content yourself when needed: phone-shot Reels, trend participation, voiceovers.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags; flag customer service issues to the right team.
  • Stay ahead of platform shifts (algorithm changes, new formats, emerging platforms) and proactively recommend bets.

Reporting & Measurement

  • Own the Brand & Creator dashboard: creator-attributed revenue, follower and engagement growth, UGC asset volume, and content performance.
  • Partner with the Director of Brand & Content on monthly creator program reviews with clear trend analysis and recommendations.
  • Track winning creative patterns and feed insights into the Performance Marketing testing roadmap.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 4--7 years across influencer marketing, organic social, and/or creative production, ideally at a DTC consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience running influencer campaigns: sourcing creators, managing contracts, writing briefs, and tracking outcomes.
  • Worked inside a UGC pipeline that fed paid social --- you understand the difference between content that's pretty and content that converts.
  • Hands-on with short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar) and comfortable being on camera if needed.
  • Deep platform fluency in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube --- you know the algorithms, the formats, and the trend cycles.
  • Hands-on experience with creator platforms, ideally Aspire and/or ShopMy (GRIN, SARAL, Tribe Dynamics also relevant) and influencer measurement frameworks.
  • Analytical Strength: you can read a Meta or TikTok report, understand attribution, and adjust strategy based on what's working.
  • Strong taste --- you have a clear point of view on what good content looks like and can defend it.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a premium home, lifestyle, or design-led brand.
  • Worked alongside an interior designer or trade audience.
  • Exposure to performance creative testing frameworks (multivariate, hook testing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Northbeam, or Triple Whale.
  • Experience whitelisting creator content for Meta Partnership Ads
  • Experience at a company scaling through a similar revenue stage ($15M--$50M).

How You'll Be Measured

  • Creator-Attributed Revenue (primary): revenue driven by influencer and UGC programs, tracked monthly and quarterly.
  • Brand Engagement Growth: follower growth, engagement rate, and saves/shares across social platforms, tracked monthly.
  • UGC Asset Throughput: volume of test-ready UGC assets delivered to the Performance Marketing team per month.
  • Creator Program Health: roster size, repeat collaboration rate, and content quality benchmarks.
  • Branded Search & Direct Traffic: secondary health metrics tracked in partnership with Performance Marketing.

How You'll Work

You'll report directly to the Director of Brand & Content and own the Brand & Creator pillar. You'll collaborate daily with the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to keep the paid creative pipeline stocked with fresh, test-ready assets, and partner closely with the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to repurpose creator content across email, SMS, and PDP. You'll work with the Creative team on brand-aligned content production, and manage relationships with creator platforms (Aspire, ShopMy), UGC creators, and any agency partners --- with budget and strategic decisions made in partnership with the Director of Brand & Content.

Compensation & Details

  • The expected salary range is $90,000--$115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and opportunity to participate in the company bonus pool.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with occasional travel to the NY Metro area.
  • High-impact seat at a founder-led brand with strong growth momentum.
