ABA Agency Recruiter

ABA Recruiter -- Indeed & ABA Hiring Experience Required
Precious Care ABA is seeking an experienced ABA Recruiter to join our growing team! We are looking for someone with strong experience recruiting ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCBAs, specifically through Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.
This role will focus heavily on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process while helping us continue to grow our clinical and behavioral staff across New Jersey and other states.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Indeed job postings and sponsorships
- Recruit ABA Therapists (BTs), RBTs, and BCBAs
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Track applicants and hiring pipelines
- Communicate with candidates throughout onboarding
- Help improve recruiting strategies, hiring flow, and conversion rates
- Work closely with HR, scheduling, and leadership teams
Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting within the ABA field required
- Strong Indeed recruiting experience required
- Experience hiring BTs/RBTs and BCBAs preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with Zoho Recruit or applicant tracking systems preferred
