What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Process child support payments accurately in both paper and electronic formats according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures for SDU payment processing
• Utilize the SMI system effectively to ensure accurate data entry
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt to varied schedules and overtime hours as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard and 10-key pad
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have a private workspace and high-speed internet connection

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• An equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge and skills for the role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
