- Organize and maintain digital files and health records databases
- Cross-check source documents to ensure data integrity and accuracy

- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle all patient information with strict confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Must meet daily and weekly data entry targets and accuracy benchmarks
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry software
