Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring that client needs are met through proactive communication and strategic planning. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for clients, conducting account reviews, identifying opportunities for cost savings, addressing client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of customized PBM services and solutions. The Account Manager will work to maintain long-term client satisfaction and actively identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
Qualifications
- Account management experience and strong client relationship skills
- Proficiency in planning, organization, and multitasking
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services is a plus
- Experience in managing midmarket employer accounts is highly regarded
- Proficiency with data analysis and the ability to provide data-driven solutions
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
