About the Opportunity

Professional Search Group has partnered with a leading technology solutions provider to identify a Territory Account Manager -- Connectivity Solutions . This is a high-impact, remote opportunity for an experienced enterprise sales professional with a proven ability to develop new business, build strategic customer relationships, and drive growth across enterprise connectivity solutions. Territory covers WA, OR, CA, and NV

The Territory Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for driving revenue and margin growth within an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on developing strategic relationships with enterprise customers and carrier partners, delivering tailored connectivity solutions, and collaborating closely with sales, engineering, and partner teams. The TAM serves as the primary point of contact for customers and represents a comprehensive portfolio of enterprise networking, automation, and communications solutions.

Success in this role requires deep industry knowledge, strategic account planning, and the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders within complex enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive new logo acquisition and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive decision-makers, technical influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
  • Navigate enterprise procurement processes and multi-stakeholder buying cycles to accelerate deal progression.
  • Serve as the quarterback for customer engagements by coordinating internal sales, engineering, and partner resources.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer business priorities and align technology solutions to operational objectives.
  • Deliver executive presentations, customer briefings, virtual meetings, and onsite visits.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while providing accurate forecasting and regular territory updates to leadership.
  • Gather customer and market feedback to support ongoing business strategy.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise or technical sales experience.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing large, multi-stakeholder opportunities.

Sales & Strategic Skills

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement, compliance, and vendor qualification processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
  • Success working with OEMs, distributed sales teams, and enterprise B2B customers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-scale networking technologies, including Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), enterprise mobility, and IoT solutions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes and consistently exceeding sales objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms and modern sales enablement tools.

Travel Requirements

  • Field-based role requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory to customer and partner locations.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
