Marketing Director (Remote -- United States)

Role Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, and support overall business growth. This role leads multi-channel marketing initiatives, oversees campaign performance, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation efforts
  • Oversee digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media strategy
  • Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to guide strategy
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support revenue growth initiatives
  • Manage marketing performance metrics, reporting, and optimization efforts
  • Lead vendor relationships, agencies, and external marketing partners
  • Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing marketing team
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8--12 years of experience in marketing, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
