HIRING: Senior Copywriter + Creative Strategist

The Final Seat Before We Hit $100M. Future CMO. Real Ownership in the Company.

I'm 20. I founded a DTC brand selling the most unique, fully custom product you've ever seen --- something we spent over a year developing. I guarantee you'll find it insanely cool.

Here's where we are: $300K/month on Meta, very profitable, growing insanely fast. Here's where we're going: $1.5M/month in the next 60 days. New SKUs in development. International expansion in motion. $100M+ is the goal for next year --- and we will do it.

The team you'd join

  • Three strategists, in-house editors, operators --- all in our 20s, all obsessed.
  • No corporate nonsense, no freelancer farm --- a tight crew that genuinely loves this.
  • We are all obsessed and work all day.
  • We move fast, test quick, iterate, and do daily research.
  • We live this brand --- and we're looking for one more person who will too.

The seat

  • We have the strategists, the editors, and the spend. The missing piece: the senior writer whose copy carries the account.
  • Today --- craft: years of experience writing VSLs, native first-person ads, full-length advertorials, and landing pages that turn cold clicks into buyers. You ship the work yourself.
  • Tomorrow --- leadership: this is the future CMO seat. Prove it in 6 months and we talk about leading the marketing function, building your team, and real ownership.
  • Not equity-as-a-perk. Equity-as-a-partner. The person running marketing at $100M will be the one who was in this seat during the climb.
  • No playbook to inherit --- you write the one this brand runs on for the next five years, with $300K/month flowing on day one.

The role today

  • Write VSLs, long-form native ads, and full-length advertorials that scale to seven figures.
  • Write landing page copy: LPs, hero sections, story arcs, objection handling, closes.
  • 10-15 concepts per week is the requirement, with a hit rate of 5% minimum.
  • Develop angles from real customer language --- reviews, Reddit, comments, support tickets.
  • You own the whole pipeline --- research in, finished script out, and our in-house editors bring it to life.
  • Obsess over the customer: research is ongoing and daily, not a one-time thing.
  • Build concepts, mechanisms, and avatars alongside our three strategists.
  • Read the account weekly: what's winning, why, what dies next.
  • Iterate winners.

The big opportunity

A real path to CMO and real ownership. Most senior writers hit a ceiling --- best writer in the building, no seat at the table. Here, the table has your name on it if you earn it.

Who I'm looking for

  • A senior writer ready to stop being someone's contractor and start building something that's theirs.
  • 3+ years writing high-spend DTC copy. This is not a growth-into-it role.
  • You've written VSLs (3+ minutes) and 1,500--3,000 word advertorials that converted cold traffic.
  • You've scaled named ads past $100K in spend and can explain exactly why they worked.
  • Research is your edge: your angles come from customer language, not swipe files.
  • You want to become a part of a brand exclusively, not have multiple clients.
  • You see yourself as a future operator, not a permanent contractor.

Don't apply if

  • You're a "creative strategist" who briefs but doesn't write.
  • You can't follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • You're an editor wanting to become a strategist.
  • You want to clock in for 8 hours and leave on the dot. We're looking for someone who lives the brand, not works for it.
  • You don't have years of experience and a proven portfolio.
  • Your portfolio is 30-second hooks and TikTok scripts --- this seat is long-form.
  • You'd rather scroll a spy tool than read 50 reviews.
  • You're keeping two clients on the side. This is full-time, exclusive, all-in.
  • You've never read customer reviews on a Sunday because you couldn't stop thinking about an angle.

Compensation

  • $5,000--$12,000/month base --- and we'll go higher than that for a true killer. If you're the one, the base won't be the reason you say no.
  • Uncapped performance bonuses on your winning ads. Realistically $20K+/month total if you're a killer at our current scale --- and a lot more as we scale.
  • Path to CMO and real equity after 6 months of proven performance.
  • You choose your structure at offer: higher base, or lower base with bigger upside.
  • Fully remote. Any country.
