D365 F&O Finance Support Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote Role) Duration: 6 months

Description:

This role requires a candidate with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O Finance modules, coupled with a strong functional understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-depth knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting modules.
• Investigate and resolve product issues.
• Provide support for data management and migration challenges.
• Collaborate with MS Product Engineering teams to escalate and track complex product issues using Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Actively participate in incident triage calls, customer support review meetings, and problem management discussions.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident response and resolution.

Qualifications:

• Strong functional understanding of D365 F&O Finance modules.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in product support engagements is preferred.
