The Role
We are hiring a Director of Account Management to own the post-sale commercial relationship for a portfolio of Quantified's enterprise accounts (target portfolio size $5M). This role is a senior individual contributor, with ownership for renewal, expansion, and overall commercial performance across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
The right person for this role will combine three critical elements: a track record of growing revenue across an enterprise portfolio; an entrepreneurial mindset that's comfortable with ambiguity and building process; and the analytical skills to use data to tell a story about value delivery and ROI.
This role reports to the VP, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue retention, revenue growth, and executive relationships across your portfolio
- Develop and execute account growth plans that systematically expand adoption, users, teams, and business units over time.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms, scoping expansions, drive opportunities to a successful close.
- Proactively identify, cultivate and close expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships from program administrators up to C-suite sponsors.
Drive each account toward real, quantifiable value
- Ensure decision makers' big picture goals for adopting Quantified are realized and exceeded.
- Use compelling ROI measures and other data to clearly articulate the value of Quantified across the account.
Build a repeatable, scalable cadence for success
- Work collaboratively with CSMs and other team members to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic goals.
- Create repeatable approaches to account governance, enablement, and customer communication that scale beyond you.
- Bring the customer perspective into internal conversations with Product, Engineering, and Leadership with clarity and context.
Skills and Experience
Required
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS revenue management roles with responsibility for a defined book of business (renewal + growth).
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data to tell a clear story.
- Entrepreneurial background or experience — you've worked in less structured environments and built processes where none existed.
- Strong executive communication skills — written, verbal, and in the room. (Note: this role requires some travel to client meetings and events; up to 15%).
- Comfortable engaging and influencing VP, SVP and C-level stakeholders in large enterprise organizations.
- A genuine collaborator who leads through influence and earns trust without relying on authority.
- Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) to scale your own work — this is a must, not a nice-to-have.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce) and customer success platforms (Vitally, Totango, PlanHat, OnRamp).
- Experience in regulated industries (life sciences, financial services, healthcare) strongly preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary $150,000 to $170,000 with variable compensation at plan bringing OTE to approximately $200,000.
