About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to grow our enterprise book of business. You'll own complex, multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end, building executive relationships, running discovery that uncovers real performance gaps, and closing six- and seven-figure agreements with Fortune 500 commercial and field-focused L&D leaders.

You'll also help shape how we sell. The AE who joins now has real influence over playbooks, ICP refinement and will work closely with Customer Success and Product to help define future AI products. For the right person, this role has a clear path into building and leading an AE team.

What you'll do

  • Own a named-account territory and a personal quota; source, qualify, and close enterprise deals from first conversation to signature
  • Build relationships with senior commercial, L&D and enablement leaders, typically VP and Director level, at large enterprises in life sciences, and financial services
  • Run sharp, consultative discovery that helps prospects see the real cost of slow rep ramp, inconsistent messaging, and compliance gaps
  • Partner with our Customer Success and Product teams to design demos and pilots that map to each prospect's specific commercial priorities
  • Feed signals from the field back into product, marketing, and GTM strategy. Your insight directly shapes what we build and how we position it

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS selling experience, with a clear track record of closing complex six- and seven-figure deals
  • Experience at an earlier-stage, high-growth company - you know how to sell when the category is still being defined and not every answer is in the playbook
  • A real hunter's mentality paired with the discipline to manage long, multi-threaded enterprise cycles. You forecast accurately and you don't get surprised at end of quarter
  • Experience selling sales enablement, training or coaching technology
  • Genuine fluency selling to senior decision-makers - you have the personal presence to engage with senior executives
  • Excellent discovery skills - you're more interested in understanding a prospect's actual problem than running a deck
  • Comfort with AI as a topic and a product - you can speak credibly about how AI works, where it adds value, and where it doesn't, and you can navigate AI-related procurement and security conversations with confidence
  • Resourcefulness and grit - you find your way to the right person and you don't give up on a good account

Bonus points

  • Experience selling into life sciences (pharma, medical device), and financial services
  • Familiarity with Sandler, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Message
  • You've sold a product where buyers needed to get comfortable with AI, data privacy, and model governance
