Key Responsibilities
Email Creation & Execution
- Build, QA, and execute HubSpot emails for various campaigns (newsletters, product launches, promotions, events, distributor co-marketing).
- Own end-to-end execution: templates, assets, personalization tokens, workflows, approvals, rendering QA, and final send.
- Collaborate on email copy, refining messaging for clarity, persona relevance, and performance.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality execution standards across brands and business units.
Segmentation, Personalization & Data Health
- Build and maintain advanced smart lists using various criteria (persona, industry, product line, engagement behavior, region, etc.).
- Apply personalization tokens, dynamic content, and conditional logic to enhance relevance and performance.
- Ensure segmentation logic aligns with consent status, data hygiene, and regional compliance.
- Proactively identify and help resolve HubSpot data issues impacting targeting, reporting, or automation.
Attribution, Analytics & Revenue Impact
- Own email performance measurement, including open rates, CTR, CTOR, conversion rates, engagement over time, unsubscribes, spam, deliverability signals, form fills, MQLs, and downstream funnel impact.
- Utilize HubSpot reporting, UTMs, and GA4 to track attribution from email engagement through pipeline influence.
- Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Maintain a structured A/B testing roadmap with documented learnings.
Automation, Workflows & Lifecycle Programs
- Design, build, and optimize complex HubSpot workflows for nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, events, and persona-based campaigns.
- Apply branching logic, lifecycle stages, lead scoring inputs, and suppression logic.
- Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve engagement and conversion.
- Support product development and launch efforts with targeted automation tied to buyer journeys.
AI-Driven Experimentation
- Leverage AI tools to test and improve subject lines, copy variations, send timing, cadence, segmentation, personalization strategies, and workflow logic.
- Propose new ideas for experimentation and optimization grounded in data.
Quality Assurance & Deliverability
- Conduct rigorous QA for rendering, links, tags, tokens, deliverability checks, and mobile responsiveness.
- Monitor sender health, list hygiene, bounce rates, and engagement trends.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all email activity adheres to GDPR, CCPA, CASL, consent rules, data privacy requirements, and regional subscription types.
- Manage opt-in workflows, preference center logic, and compliant audience handling for North America and EMEA.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience executing email marketing programs in HubSpot (Marketing Hub).
- Strong understanding of email attribution, funnel impact, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to build segmented audiences and automated workflows.
- High attention to detail and a rigorous QA mindset.
- Proactive, organized, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with PMMs, Sales, Digital Marketing, and regional stakeholders.
