Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote - Great Lakes Market)

We are seeking a tech-savvy, collaborative, and high-energy Recruiter to support our Great Lakes Market (Chicagoland area). While this is a fully remote position, it offers the unique opportunity to partner closely with four acute facilities and our medical group, including Hinsdale, LaGrange, Glen Oaks, and Bolingbrook.
The Opportunity
As a Recruiter for the Great Lakes Market, you aren't just filling seats---you are a strategic partner to our hiring managers. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial intake to extending offers, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission.
Key Highlights:
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Must reside within a 1-hour commutable distance of our facilities for on-site requirements).
- Compensation: $38.00 -- $43.00/hour (Based on experience).
- Culture: Join a close-knit, "bubbly," and highly supportive team of five recruiters who prioritize collaboration and mutual success.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, review attrition, and plan for new business growth.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates using behavioral-based techniques.
- Market Presence: Participate in "Walk-in Wednesday" rotations and quarterly on-site "TA Days" to build face-to-face relationships with managers and candidates.
- Tech-Forward Sourcing: Leverage cutting-edge tools including Workday, CRM platforms, HireVue, and AI (ChatGPT) to streamline candidate messaging and outreach.
- Offer Management: Formulate and extend competitive offers, including sign-on bonuses and relocation incentives.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience: 4 years of relevant work plus a related degree).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruiting or HR.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Comfort using AI tools for recruitment marketing.
- Availability: Ability to travel to Orlando, FL for a full week of in-person training (June 1st--4th).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in a corporate healthcare or hospital setting is highly preferred.
- Recruitment Background: Experience in Corporate or RPO environments (over staffing agency experience).
- Systems: Previous experience with Workday is a significant plus.
- Certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, or TA certifications (HCI, NAHCR, RACR).
Training & Onboarding
We believe in setting you up for success. Your first week will involve an immersive, all-expenses-paid training trip to our corporate headquarters in Altamonte Springs, FL.
- Dates: June 1st -- June 5th (In-person Mon-Thu, Virtual Friday).
