The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for business development and sales growth for their assigned market(s), selling professional services, managed services, and technology products to commercial and Enterprise customers. This role demands the highest level of service to clients and prospects, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded through constant communication and outstanding customer service. The Enterprise Account Executive will identify and execute RavenTek's full-stack solutions within commercial markets, employing an innovative and creative approach to understanding customer needs and proposing solutions that exceed desired outcomes.
This position manages a territory with a multi-million-dollar quota for both product and consulting services, including strategy, design, implementation, and managed services. The Enterprise Account Executive collaborates with management on account strategy, contract negotiation, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives primarily through sales to new customers.
- Discover client business needs and propose appropriate products or services.
- Manage territory, including account planning and opportunity management.
- Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about RavenTek's products and services.
- Properly forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for the assigned territory.
- Work with key partners to drive associated product revenue.
- Successfully negotiate client contracts.
- Provide feedback from field experience to sales management regarding product, selling, and competitive situations.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with associates and customers.
- Effectively communicate ideas using speech and listening skills to influence others and gain support.
- Enter actual time worked daily, or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday, and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period.
- Monitor RavenTek email regularly.
- Complete required compliance training as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Travel as needed.
Knowledge and Critical Skills
- Excellent customer service required to ensure assigned accounts meet or exceed client satisfaction through upselling.
- Knowledge and strong working relationship with at least one of RavenTek's strategic partners.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong selling skills related to Virtualization, Cloud, and Managed Services sales with existing and new clients are extremely important.
- Competitive, high achiever who persists despite obstacles, opposition, or setbacks.
- Proven ability to devise innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and presentation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional telephone demeanor.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree or additional relative experience and/or military experience.
- 5-10 years of experience in Information Technology sales.
- Experience working within the technology infrastructure Value Added Reseller (VAR) space.
- Strong network and consulting sales experience.

Work Environment
On-site work involves an indoor office environment with others. Potential for moderate temperature fluctuations. Typical indoor and computer-related noise level, and typical office, paper, and equipment-related dust. Exposure to video display terminals occurs regularly.
Physical Demands

Ability to work on a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods, reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and may be required to provide recommendations, summaries, and/or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee must be able to lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically up to 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
