About the Role
The Remote Coverage Agent works directly with individuals exploring coverage options for themselves and their families.
Each workday is centered around scheduled phone conversations where you guide individuals through available options, answer questions clearly, and help them make decisions that fit their needs.
What You Will Be Doing
- Connecting with individuals who have requested information
- Conducting structured discovery conversations
- Explaining plan options in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Supporting individuals throughout the decision-making process
- Maintaining steady and professional follow-up
- Keeping accurate records and CRM documentation for each interaction

Training & Team Support
You'll complete a structured onboarding program covering:
- Product knowledge
- Conversation flow
- Call structure and communication techniques
Following onboarding, you'll continue receiving:
- Weekly coaching and performance guidance
- Access to a supportive peer team
- Ongoing development and improvement resources
Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity where earnings reflect your consistency, communication quality, and follow-through.
