Position Summary
The Remote Household Representative supports individuals who have expressed interest in learning about coverage options for themselves and their families.
This is a fully remote, phone-based role focused on helping people understand their choices, answering questions clearly, and guiding them toward decisions that fit their needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Speak with interested individuals through scheduled phone conversations
- Ask thoughtful discovery questions to better understand each household's situation
- Explain available plan options in clear, everyday language
- Support individuals throughout the decision-making process
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication
- Document conversations and track progress accurately in CRM systems

Compensation
This is a performance-based opportunity where earnings reflect your consistency, communication quality, and follow-through.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
