Account Manager at RevBoost

RevBoost is a B2B agency supporting E-commerce brands through fully-managed, membership-based subscription programs and ongoing revenue optimization strategy. We are entirely performance-based which means that we don't win unless our Partners win.

Responsibilities & What We're Looking For

As the Account Manager at RevBoost, you will be the first line of defense towards upholding our Partners, Not Clients core value.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Account Management

  • Facilitating day-to-day partner communication via Slack including questions, concerns, and requests
  • Providing ongoing status updates to partners via Slack on their brand's performance and/or the initiatives we are working on for them
  • Hosting biweekly video calls with partners to provide updates and receive their feedback
  • Facilitating the Onboarding of new partners including information gathering, onboarding calls, and timeline oversight in coordination with Development team

Project Management

  • Working in tandem with Development team to facilitate partner requests within ClickUp*(project management tool)*
  • Gathering information from partners towards their requests and asking key questions to understand full scope & details
  • Supporting on quality assurance and testing of new web designs and web page buildouts
  • Managing timelines in coordination with Development team and providing partners with status updates

Data Analysis

  • Reviewing CheckoutChamp *(CRM)*throughout the day to monitor the performance of partners' brands in real-time for normalcy
  • Reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly internal reports to analyze partner performance and identify trends per clearly defined KPIs
  • Reviewing Google Analytics (and other performance reporting platforms) to evaluate and contextualize past and present performance trends
  • Working with Reporting team to produce EOM, EOQ, and EOY templated reports for partners

  • Emotional Intelligence- you need to be able to lead communication with empathy while always being mindful of how you are representing RevBoost and our interests
  • Attention to Detail -from facilitating partner requests to monitoring performance, careful attention to detail is the difference between success and failure
  • Highly Organized- you will be responsible for overseeing communication and initiatives of multiple partners and projects simultaneously - the ability to multitask while staying organized is critical
  • Analytical- you need to be able to understand key performance metrics, identify data trends, and flag potential issues (and successes)
  • Proactive- taking ownership of this role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset - you will always have the support of our team but the Account Manager must be able to proactively investigate potential problems and escalate potential issues to team leadership as needed

As the Account Manager at RevBoost you will be empowered to take initiative and make this role your own. We are always looking for new ways to optimize our own internal processes and you will have the freedom to creatively impact the future direction of the company!

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in an Account Management, Client Success, Relationship Management, or similar role
  • Minimum 1 years experience working within an E-Commerce or Marketing agency environment
  • Familiarity with analyzing and interpreting data
  • Proficiency working within a Project Management tool such as ClickUp, Asana, ++Monday.com++, Jira, or similar
  • Proficiency with GSuite tools such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CheckoutChamp (or similar CRM tool)
  • Familiarity with Shopify
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with LLM/Agentic tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar

Working Conditions, Benefits & Compensation

  • ++Location:++ Fully remote (but must be based in United States)
  • ++Hours:++ Monday through Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
  • ++Benefits:++ Employer-provided medical/dental/vision insurance coverage, 401K matching
  • ++Compensation:++ $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
