Skill Sets and Experiences We Are Looking For
- Early to mid-career.
- Expertise in LinkedIn B2B GTM, with the ability to convert potential clients.
- Good with content creation and engage with potential businesses on LinkedIn.
- Awareness in technologies like Web 3.0, Blockchain, NFT's, and AI (Must).
- Experience in the fashion and luxury business (Must).
- Connections to investors or potential business clients (Preferable).
What You'll Be Driving
- Define and execute the company's go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy in the US.
- Opening new business opportunities with fashion, luxury, and retail brands.
- Create engaging LinkedIn content and drive thought leadership for the brand.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Support fundraising activities like investor outreach, communicate market opportunity, traction, and long-term scalability with confidence and clarity.
Compensation Structure
- Equity in the company.
- Salary compensation range $50K-$100K (will be included post fundraising).
- Twenty-five to fifty percent profit sharing on closing sales.
- Successful fundraising bonus.
Commitment
- 4-5 hours per day (Monday - Friday), including daily alignment meetings.
