Company: OEM Dealers United / RMG Connect

Location: Remote Call Center (U.S.)

Compensation: $100,000--$250,000 per year (performance-based)

About the Opportunity

Every major manufacturer has the same problem: customers are frustrated with low-quality third-party warranty companies, and the manufacturer's name is at the top of the paperwork when things go wrong. For the first time in over 40 years, the manufacturers have decided to fix it.

RMG Connect, through OEM Dealers United, has been contracted by multiple OEMs and dealer groups to build a dedicated call center that sells official manufacturer-backed certification on vehicles after the initial point of sale for a small $300 surcharge.

We are building a team of elite one-call closers to present and close these manufacturer certifications on certified pre-owned and eligible vehicles directly with customers.

If you've ever sold auto warranties and said, "If only I could sell the REAL manufacturer's protection instead of a questionable third-party product," this is that job.

OEM & Brand Alignment

You will be working with programs tied to major manufacturers, including (but not limited to):

  • Toyota / Lexus
  • Nissan / INFINITI
  • GM / Chevrolet
  • Kia / Hyundai
  • BMW
  • Mercedes-Benz
  • Land Rover / Range Rover
  • And additional OEM partners as programs roll out

These programs are manufacturer certification and protection products , not random aftermarket plans. You're calling customers to complete and activate legitimate OEM-backed protection.

What You Will Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and scheduled Zoom appointments with customers who already own eligible vehicles.
  • Present the official OEM certification / protection package in a single, high-impact call.
  • Clearly explain:
    • What the certification covers
    • Why manufacturer-backed protection is different from typical warranty companies
    • Why the small $300 surcharge is a no-brainer compared to long-term repair risk
  • Overcome objections, build trust quickly, and close on the first contact.
  • Follow compliant scripts, call flows, and disclosures while still sounding natural and confident.
  • Document calls, outcomes, and follow-up in our systems with accuracy and speed.
  • Work closely with team leads and trainers to continually sharpen your close rate and earnings.

Ideal Candidate (Who This Is For)

This role is designed for true closers and serious sales professionals who understand one-call performance:

  • You have experience closing auto warranties, F&I products, or high-ticket phone sales, ideally in:
    • Automotive extended service contracts
    • Certified pre-owned programs
    • F&I office
    • Call center warranty or protection sales
  • You are comfortable presenting $1,000--$3,000 value propositions in a single call.
  • You can build rapport fast, identify the real objection, and close without dragging out the process.
  • You're hungry, competitive, and money-motivated -- but also professional and ethical.
  • You want to align with manufacturer-level products, not fight against them.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume, high-quality sales calls each day.
  • Follow compliant processes for disclosures and documentation.
  • Maintain a professional, brand-protective tone in every interaction.
  • Hit and exceed monthly closing and revenue targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp on:
    • Manufacturer programs
    • Certification details
    • Objection handling
    • Compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Previous success as a one-call closer in:
    • Automotive warranty
    • F&I
    • Call center sales
    • High-ticket phone or Zoom-based sales
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to learn product details and scripts quickly.
  • Comfortable with technology: CRM, dialer, Zoom, call recording tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional, quiet environment for calls (for remote roles).
  • High integrity: you understand you are speaking on behalf of OEM-level brands.

Compensation & Structure

  • Earning potential: $100,000--$250,000 per year (top producers can exceed this).
  • Compensation is performance-based, with strong per-deal earnings and scaling potential.
