ASET is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to support the AtoZ Arizona citizen services portal initiative. The role will serve as the primary technical owner for ServiceNow platform implementation, integrations, workflows, upgrades, and vendor coordination.

- Duration: 1 Year Contract (Potential FTE Conversion)
- Work Hours: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM
Required Skills
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience as Developer, Analyst, or Technical Lead
- Strong ServiceNow platform, workflow, and configuration expertise
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with:
- Notifications
- Catalog Items
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Knowledge of:
- SSO
- OIDC
- SAML
- REST APIs
- JSON
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS)
