Job description

About Us

We are a growing mental health practice serving women navigating trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, ADHD, hormonal shifts, and burnout.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who has done this before, someone who knows how to build referral relationships with therapists, physicians, and specialists, and who understands the mental health space well enough to show up credibly in it.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing relationships with therapists, PCPs, OB/GYNs, and specialists in our target markets
  • Outreach via email, phone, and social, introducing our practice, our model, and our providers
  • Showing up in relevant online communities (Facebook groups, Reddit) as a genuine, knowledgeable presence
  • Scheduling and coordinating networking calls and referral meetings
  • Keeping a pulse on the local and virtual therapist community in our target states
  • Managing a referral tracking log and following up consistently

You're a Fit If

  • You've done outreach, growth, or business development for a mental health practice before
  • You understand how therapists think and what they need from a referral partner
  • You're organized, self-directed, and don't need to be micromanaged
  • You're comfortable on the phone and in writing
  • You have enough mental health literacy about our speciality to hold a credible conversation with a clinician

You're NOT a Fit If

  • This is your first time doing outreach or business development
  • You need a script for every conversation
  • You're looking for a passive social media management role

Logistics

  • Hours: Approximately 10--15 hours per week to start, with room to grow
  • Start: ASAP
  • Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
  • Work Location: Remote

Application Instructions

To apply, send your resume and a brief note about your experience with mental health practice outreach.

Application Question(s)

  • Do you have specific experience working in mental health marketing - not including ads/digital marketing? If you do not, please do not apply.
