About Salvo Health
Salvo Health is seeking an experienced Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for patient outreach, enrollment in Salvo Health's care programs, and educating patients on the benefits of remote patient monitoring for their GI conditions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing one-on-one support to ensure their success with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to engage patients in discussions about Salvo's program and tech-enabled services.
- Enroll patients and schedule initial virtual nurse visits for onboarding to Salvo's GI care service.
- Utilize call guides and FAQs to educate patients, employing judgment and guidelines to address questions and objections.
- Explain program costs, insurance coverage, and financial responsibilities to patients.
- Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up on all interactions.
- Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work Monday-Friday in 8-hour shifts.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in outbound call center or direct sales with proven sales results.
- Healthcare and/or functional medicine experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in conducting phone conversations while simultaneously navigating computer tools.
- Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods, using a computer and headset.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience handling confidential data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
- Remote work experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Must have a hard-wired, high-speed internet connection.
