You'll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions, and questions concerning billing and insurance policies.
- Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims.
- Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date.
- Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business.
- Determine new customers' insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible.
- Answer the phone when the client calls you.
- Flexible work options: Part-time or full-time.
- Remote / work from home.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus.
- Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have graduated high school or received GED; a Bachelor's degree is desired.
- Previous health insurance or life insurance experience is a plus.
- Must reside in the USA.
- Must have a laptop or home computer, or be willing to get one.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, goal-oriented, and willing to invest in yourself.
- Must be positive (no Debbie downers, please).
Compensation
- $100,000 at plan commission.
