Work model
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma's platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
As a Brand Marketing Program Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our brand marketing and social teams bring ambitious ideas to life—on time, on brand, and at scale. You'll connect creative vision to execution, bring clarity to complexity, and build the structure that helps great ideas thrive. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and operations: you'll enable Figma's brand to show up powerfully across social, digital, and real-world moments.
You'll partner closely with our Brand Strategists, marketers, creative teams, and partners to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns and activations that help Figma grow into its next chapter as a multi-product, global company.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What You'll Do At Figma
- Partner with brand, social, and cross-functional marketing teams to translate strategy and creative ideas into clear project plans, trackable outcomes, and clear communications.
- Build and manage timelines, resourcing, and budgets for campaigns and always-on initiatives, ensuring alignment with team and company goals.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of brand and social programs—from briefing through creative development, production, and launch—while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Anticipate risks, identify blockers early, and drive proactive solutions to keep programs on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Establish repeatable processes and best practices that enable the team to scale its impact globally.
- Support key tentpole initiatives, ensuring cross-functional coordination and readiness across marketing, creative, and social teams.
- Lead retrospectives and share learnings that inform future campaigns, helping the team continuously improve how we plan and deliver work.
- Establish new working relationships with platforms, vendors, and brand partners to help develop an ecosystem of best-in-class strategies and capabilities.
We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have
- 6+ years of experience managing complex creative, brand, or marketing programs—ideally at a creative agency or in-house brand team.
- Demonstrated experience building integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate both the creative and operational sides of brand marketing—knowing when to lean into process and when to stay flexible.
- Proven experience working with project management and collaboration tools.
- Enthusiasm for creativity, storytelling, and enabling teams to do their best work.
Added Plus
- Experience supporting or managing social-first campaigns or brand activations.
- Background in creative production or content operations.
- Familiarity with Figma's products or a passion for design and collaboration tools.
- Experience working on or with global marketing teams.
