SitGuru Student Ambassador - Independent Contractor Opportunity

SitGuru is a trusted pet care marketplace connecting Pet Parents with local Pet Gurus for dog walking, pet sitting, boarding, drop-ins, training, and related pet care services.

We are looking for motivated Student Ambassadors to help grow awareness of SitGuru in their school, campus, neighborhood, and local communities. Student Ambassadors help introduce SitGuru to Pet Parents, pet lovers, students, and potential Pet Gurus through outreach, referrals, social media sharing, local networking, and community promotion.

This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Student Ambassadors may help promote free signups, share SitGuru materials, encourage local participation, and support community growth.

Responsibilities may include:

• Sharing SitGuru with students, Pet Parents, and local communities
• Helping promote Pet Parent and Pet Guru signups
• Posting or sharing approved SitGuru content on social media
• Referring potential Pet Gurus and pet care customers
• Supporting local outreach, flyers, events, and community awareness
• Representing SitGuru in a friendly, professional, and positive way

Ideal candidates:

• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking with people
• Interested in pets, marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, or community outreach
• Comfortable using social media and digital communication
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Passionate about helping pet parents find trusted care

Opportunity details:
