About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our growing team.
Your Main Tasks Will Be:
- Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions using diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and social media.
- Build, maintain, and continuously develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical business roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean search and X-Ray search to pinpoint relevant talent pools.
- Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to enhance candidate engagement and response rates.
- Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and outreach methods.
- Collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
We Expect From You:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create effective outreach messages.
- Experience with talent mapping is considered a plus.
- English language proficiency: B1 level.
