About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our growing team.

Your Main Tasks Will Be:

  • Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions using diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and social media.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously develop a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical business roles.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean search and X-Ray search to pinpoint relevant talent pools.
  • Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to enhance candidate engagement and response rates.
  • Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and outreach methods.
  • Collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

We Expect From You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create effective outreach messages.
  • Experience with talent mapping is considered a plus.
  • English language proficiency: B1 level.
