As an Inside Sales Advisor, you'll own the full sales cycle---from first conversation through onboarding---helping dental professionals take the next step toward "Great Dentistry." This isn't an order-taking role. It's a consultative, high-accountability position where curiosity, persistence, and follow-through separate top performers from the rest.
What You'll Do
- Own the outcome: Manage your pipeline end-to-end---from initial outreach to close---while ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Success.
- Create momentum daily: Consistently engage your pipeline with high-touch, thoughtful outreach. No coasting---just steady, intentional progress.
- Move with urgency: Respond to new Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) within 10 minutes. Speed matters---and so does substance.
- Operate like a professional: Use HubSpot and sales data to track performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve your approach.
- Deliver results: Hit and exceed quota across campus workshops and membership goals. This is a performance-driven role.
- Collaborate to win: Partner with Campus Advisors to unlock new opportunities and expand value for prospective members.
- Elevate the experience: Build trust through every interaction---bringing professionalism, empathy, and credibility to each conversation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales grit: 3 years in a high-volume, phone-based sales role where you owned a quota and delivered.
- Coachability drive: You want feedback. You apply it. You get better---fast.
- Accountability mindset: You track your numbers, know your gaps, and take ownership of your results.
- Tech fluency: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfort working within data to guide decisions.
- Flexibility when it counts: Occasional evenings/weekends to connect with prospects when they're available.

Compensation & Work Environment
This role offers a base salary commission, along with benefits and additional perks.
- Greater Phoenix team members: in-office (North Scottsdale) Tues/Thurs, remote the remaining days
- Outside Phoenix: fully remote
