About the Role

The Associate Learning & Development Specialist at DST Health Solutions, LLC supports the design, development, and delivery of effective learning programs. This role assists in the full learning lifecycle, from needs assessment to evaluation, ensuring high-quality and impactful experiences.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Assist in conducting training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Support the development of engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and material preparation.
  • Facilitate introductory training sessions as directed.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collect and analyze feedback to measure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy.
  • Research new learning technologies and methodologies.
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and administrative tasks.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in L&D, training, or HR support, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with LMS administration is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
  • Healthcare or financial services industry experience is beneficial.
