Remote Life Insurance Agent | Training & Mentorship Provided

This is a fully remote, commission-based (1099 Independent Contractor) opportunity offering flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship. Whether you're already licensed or willing to obtain your life insurance license, we'll provide the tools, training, and support to help you build a successful career.
As a Life Insurance Agent, you'll meet with clients virtually, learn about their financial goals, educate them on life insurance solutions, and help them make informed decisions to protect their loved ones.

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients by phone and video.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each client's financial goals.
- Educate clients on life insurance solutions that align with their needs.
- Conduct virtual appointments from your home office.
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM.
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Provide a professional, ethical, and client-focused experience.
QualificationsRequired
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using a computer, video conferencing, and basic technology.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Able to obtain (or currently hold) the required state life insurance license.
Preferred
- Customer service, sales, insurance, or financial services experience.
- Experience working independently in a remote environment.
No prior insurance experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided for individuals who are willing to learn and committed to professional growth.

Compensation
Estimated Annual Earnings: $60,000--$150,000
Compensation is 100% commission-based as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Actual earnings depend on individual production, activity level, and performance. No hourly wage or guaranteed salary is provided.
