The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the VP of Marketing will own the global marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, product marketing, communications, content, digital, events, and customer advocacy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling powerful brands within high-growth startup or scale-up environments, helping companies move from emerging challenger to recognised market leader.

While AI experience is advantageous, we are open to exceptional marketing leaders from a variety of technology sectors who have successfully driven brand awareness, market positioning, and revenue growth within fast-paced businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a world-class global marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth objectives
• Elevate brand awareness, market positioning, and category leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing organisation across multiple disciplines
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams
• Create compelling messaging and narratives that differentiate the business within a competitive market
• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through scalable marketing programmes
• Lead PR, communications, thought leadership, content, and analyst relations initiatives
• Establish data-driven marketing processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Build a marketing engine capable of supporting significant international expansion

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a VP Marketing, Head of Marketing, CMO, or senior marketing leader within a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Demonstrable success building a recognised and differentiated brand within a competitive market
• Experience scaling marketing functions through periods of rapid company growth
• Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and brand strategy
• Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of revenue generation and growth metrics
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Highly Desirable

• Experience within AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity, FinTech, Data, Cloud, Developer Tools, Infrastructure, or other disruptive technology sectors
• Experience helping businesses move from early-stage growth to market leadership
• Exposure to venture-backed or private equity-backed environments
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and global teams
