HRIS Senior Specialist [Must have SuccessFactors] - 100% Remote
W2 Candidate only | 100% Remote
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation of new LE in SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
- Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management, and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas.
- Works closely with the HR client group to define, analyze, and document business processes, systems, and data to provide effective solutions.
- Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions, and application implementation.
- Maintains and communicates design standards for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, standards, and practices.
- Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and the HR function.
- Acts as a project lead on local projects and may lead global projects.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong client service, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence at the management level.
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams.
