HRIS Senior Specialist [Must have SuccessFactors] - 100% Remote

W2 Candidate only | 100% Remote

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creation of new LE in SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
  • Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management, and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas.
  • Works closely with the HR client group to define, analyze, and document business processes, systems, and data to provide effective solutions.
  • Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions, and application implementation.
  • Maintains and communicates design standards for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, standards, and practices.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and the HR function.
  • Acts as a project lead on local projects and may lead global projects.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of SuccessFactors experience.
  • Strong client service, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence at the management level.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global teams.
