TEKsystems is seeking a Finance Global Process Owner for a business-led transformation program involving a migration from IFS to Infor CloudSuite. This is a contract-to-hire, remote-friendly role with travel to Colorado.

Key Requirements

8+ years of Finance leadership experience (accounting, reporting, analytics).
Proven ERP implementation and business transformation experience.
Experience working with global organizations (North America, APAC, EMEA).
Manufacturing industry background.

The Role

As the Global Process Owner (Finance), you will lead the end-to-end design of finance processes and systems during the transition to Infor CloudSuite. You will define global requirements, identify gaps, and own the design of standardized, scalable finance solutions while partnering with program leadership and subject matter experts.

Job Responsibilities

Global Process Ownership & Design

Lead global Finance ERP process design and collaborate with country SMEs to resolve localization gaps.
Define end-to-end processes, including controls, role design, and documentation.
Ensure process integrity, compliance, and effective segregation of duties.

Governance, Compliance & Decision Making

Guide approval processes for non-standard design decisions.
Provide oversight on configuration and functional design to ensure alignment with global standards.

Change Management, Training & Adoption

Shape change strategy, including impact assessments and training design.
Oversee development of SOPs, training materials, and UAT scenarios.
Drive cutover readiness and end-user adoption plans.

Data Strategy & Readiness

Lead data mapping, profiling, cleansing, and migration governance.
Advise on data ownership structures and resolve data-related issues.

Leadership & Collaboration

Apply analytical judgment to simplify complexity.
Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment across the global organization.
Balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial process transformation.
Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and governance.
Experience leading ERP implementations (Infor CloudSuite preferred).

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
