Role Overview

  • Location: 100% Remote
  • Job Type: 6-Month Contract (strong potential for extension)
  • Pay: $25.00 -- $30.00/hour
  • Start Date: July 20, 2026

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide hands-on support across a wide range of HR functions in a fast-paced, global environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, helping to ensure smooth HR operations while delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manager & Employee Support

  • Act as a primary HR contact for employees and managers
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support performance management, attendance, and employee relations matters
  • Coach managers on handling employee issues and documentation

HR Lifecycle & Programs

  • Support onboarding, promotions, internal moves, and offboarding
  • Assist with performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams (recruiting, payroll, benefits)
  • Maintain accurate HR data and assist with reporting and audits

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and proper documentation
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues as needed

Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
  • Support audits and process improvements
  • Partner with HR teams to improve efficiency and workflows

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3--5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Experience with employee relations and HR policy application
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with HR systems (HRMS)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fast-paced or global environments
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
