About the Role
Ten Golden Rules is an award-winning digital marketing agency focused exclusively on helping law firms grow. We are performance-driven, constantly testing, refining, and documenting what works.
We are looking for a Search Engine Strategist who combines strong fundamentals with curiosity and innovation---someone who understands traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC), while actively exploring Ai-driven search, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and emerging trends.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, and can manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies across client accounts
- Manage and optimize Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads
- Oversee Google Screened Local Service Ads (LSA) performance
- Implement Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization
- Conduct technical SEO audits (site speed, architecture, indexing, mobile performance)
- Lead content strategy aligned with search intent and Ai-driven results
- Execute white-hat link-building strategies
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools
- Identify and test new Ai (Artificial Intelligence) tools and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams on website launches, optimization, and reporting
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and accountability
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) fundamentals
- Experience with Pay Per Click (PPC) and Google Ads management
- Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization
- Familiarity with Google Screened Local Service Ads (LSA)
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work fast and manage a large workload
- Strong work ethic and accountability
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, architecture)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website development
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Experience with SEO testing and experimentation
- Familiarity with social media marketing and its impact on search
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Passion for innovation and leveraging Ai (Artificial Intelligence)
- Commitment to continuous learning and self-development
- Previous experience in an SEO or search marketing role required
