Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Manager at TestGO. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and industry networking. This role involves developing and presenting proposals, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and negotiating terms that align with client needs and organizational goals. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide feedback to inform product and service strategy. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing forecasts and reports, and partnering with marketing to support campaigns and events that drive revenue growth.
As TestGO continues its national expansion, the company is seeking Business Development Managers across the country to develop new client relationships, strengthen market presence, and drive growth within their respective territories.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or related technology services.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to clinical and business decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with hospital and health system operations, laboratory services, or diagnostic workflows is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings, conferences, or team gatherings as needed.
