Training, onboarding, and mentorship are provided.
Day-to-Day Activities
- Host virtual consultations with individuals exploring benefit programs
- Explain how different options are designed to work
- Help individuals compare solutions based on their goals
- Assist with online applications and enrollment steps
- Maintain clear records and follow-up communication
