About Us

We are a high-performance 7 figure per month ecommerce brand and scaling aggressively. We move fast, operate with precision, and hold ourselves to a high standard across every function of the business. We are looking for an operations-minded team member who understands what it takes to support and sustain growth at this level.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-moving growth environment. This is not a passive coordination role. You will be embedded in the day-to-day execution of the business, working across ad launching, Shopify management, analytics, and product page development. You understand how all the pieces of a scaling e-commerce brand fit together, and you know how to use modern tools, including AI, to move faster and smarter than the competition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Launching: Coordinate and execute the end-to-end process of launching new ad campaigns, ensuring creative assets, copy, targeting, and tracking are all in place before go-live.
  • Shopify Management: Own day-to-day Shopify operations including product listings, collections, storefront updates, and backend configurations.
  • Product Page Development: Build, optimize, and A/B test product pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization, clear messaging, and strong visual presentation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use Triple Whale and other analytics platforms to monitor performance, track key metrics, and surface insights that inform business decisions.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the operational hub between the media buying, creative, and leadership teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Process Building: Document workflows, build SOPs, and implement systems that allow the team to scale without losing speed or quality.
  • AI Integration: Actively leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate content production, improve research, and enhance operational efficiency across the board.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations or growth operations at a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including product page builds, theme editing, and backend management.
  • Proficiency with Triple Whale or comparable e-commerce analytics and attribution platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or executing paid ad launches, with an understanding of what is needed operationally to get campaigns live correctly.
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools and a genuine habit of using them to work more efficiently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to identify problems and solve them before they escalate.
  • Strong written communication skills and comfort working in a remote, async-first environment.

Why Join Us

We reward performance - and we mean it. Our team members earn strong performance bonuses tied directly to the results they drive. We believe in recognizing people who go above and beyond in a way that is memorable: we have bought a Rolex for a team member who delivered at the highest level, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to when it comes to taking care of our people.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours - we care about output, not when you clock in. You will be working inside a brand that is already operating at scale, with the tools, budget, and team to support your success.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter addressing the following:

  1. Describe your experience managing operations for a scaling e-commerce brand, including the tools and platforms you worked with daily.
  2. Walk us through how you have used AI tools in your workflow and the specific impact it had.
  3. Share an example of a product page or operational process you built or improved, and the outcome it produced.
