Customer Service & Sales Representative – REMOTE

What You'll Be Doing

This is a client-focused position where you'll work with individuals who have already requested information.

• Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest
• Conduct scheduled conversations via phone or Zoom
• Provide guidance and help clients make informed decisions
• Assist clients with completing applications
• Work within a structured system supported by training and mentorship

No cold outreach. Conversations are scheduled and service-driven.

Time Structure (Full-Time Range)

• 5--10 hours: follow-ups and confirmations
• 10--20 hours: client appointments
• 5--10 hours: training and development

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
