Social Media Content Designer — Part-Time, Remote

10--20 hrs/week · $30--$40/hr · U.S. based · Mon--Fri 9 am--5 pm EST

We make content that looks like it was made with intention --- and we need someone who feels the same way.

This isn't a scheduling role with design on the side. It's a design role where the output just happens to live on social. We're a small team managing a portfolio of brands, and we need a creative eye to bring our visual direction to life across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.

If you notice when a font choice is off or a layout feels crowded --- this one's for you.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Designing static and short-form video assets that feel polished and on-brand --- Canva templates are your starting point, not your ceiling
• Keeping visual consistency tight across multiple platforms and brand identities
• Light video editing for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts --- cuts, captions, pacing
• Scheduling and publishing via Later; monitoring comments and DMs
• Tracking basic performance and flagging what the team needs to weigh in on

YOU'RE A FIT IF...

• People have told you your work looks good --- not just that it performed well
• You've supported social for a brand or agency and have the receipts to prove it
• You're fluent in Canva and can work within brand guidelines without drifting
• You know what makes a Reel stop the scroll --- and can execute it
• You're reliable, detail-oriented, and don't need to be chased down for updates
• Available Mon--Fri, roughly 9am--5pm EST
