Job Summary
Think Academy US is seeking a Part-Time Student Advisor to provide guidance and support to parents regarding our Elementary and Middle school courses. This remote role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities
- Complete training on company products and user needs.
- Respond to client inquiries about courses, schedules, teaching methods, and registration.
- Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to promote courses.
- Build relationships with parents by understanding their children's academic needs and recommending suitable programs.
- Develop and implement plans to meet enrollment targets and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor sales performance and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Teaching or Education preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in education, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about education and student success; empathetic towards parents.
- Responsive, professional, and solution-oriented.
- Available 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
