Job Summary

Think Academy US is seeking a Part-Time Student Advisor to provide guidance and support to parents regarding our Elementary and Middle school courses. This remote role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Complete training on company products and user needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries about courses, schedules, teaching methods, and registration.
  • Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media to promote courses.
  • Build relationships with parents by understanding their children's academic needs and recommending suitable programs.
  • Develop and implement plans to meet enrollment targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor sales performance and refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Teaching or Education preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in education, sales, or customer service preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
  • Passionate about education and student success; empathetic towards parents.
  • Responsive, professional, and solution-oriented.
  • Available 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
