Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives from problem framing to production deployment
• Design, develop, and optimize ML models using Python, Spark MLlib, and Databricks
• Build scalable data pipelines and features on AWS using Databricks and Delta Lake
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling
• Implement MLOps practices using MLflow, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring
• Optimize Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across AWS environments
• Work with AWS services such as S3, Glue, IAM, and Redshift
• Mentor junior data scientists and review model code for best practices
• Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and model performance evaluation
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge sharing
• Stay current with emerging data science, AIML, and cloud technologies
